feeds several livestock watering troughs on the subject property and a neighboring
property. Some revenue is generated from this stock watering system.

wheat or barley crops on a share crop basis. The grazing land is also leased to the same
farmer on a price per animal unit month basis. There is approximately 930 acres
enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). The owner receives all the annual
income from the CRP payment.
